What Is Gate Access Control?

Individual codes make it easier to remove one user's access without changing access for everyone.
Weather exposure, damaged buttons and moisture can affect outdoor keypad reliability.
Keypads should be positioned so users do not need to reach through or around the moving gate.

Gate Remotes and RF Transmitters

Remotes are convenient for homeowners, employees and frequent users because the gate can be activated from the vehicle. The transmitter must be compatible with the receiver and correctly programmed into the access system.

Reduced range or intermittent operation may come from a weak remote battery, receiver or antenna issues, interference, programming or other system conditions rather than the gate operator itself.
